Tickets and parking passes are distributed electronically. They can be accessed through the Clippers/Intuit Dome mobile app or stored in Apple Wallet or Google Pay for convenient entry.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?

Yes. Full payment is required to finalize your suite reservation.

Are there any additional fees?

Suite price shown typically includes required fees. In-suite catering, extra tickets, or other add-on services are available for an additional cost.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite once I’ve booked it?

Suite sales are final and non-refundable.

What if a game is postponed or rescheduled?

Your suite purchase will automatically carry over and remain valid for the rescheduled game date.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How do I order catering and when is it due?

Once your suite is reserved, our Luxury & Premium Team will provide menus and ordering instructions. Catering is provided by Levy Restaurants and is optional.

Is it required to order catering?

No, catering is optional. However, please note that outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the Intuit Dome.

Can I add more tickets to my suite?

Some suite rentals allow the purchase of additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets. Please confirm availability with our suite sales team.

What’s the ticket policy for children?

Children under 2 years old do not need their own ticket if sitting on an adult’s lap. Kids aged 3 and above will require a valid ticket.

What items are restricted at Intuit Dome?

Approved bags and items must meet venue guidelines. Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", wristlets, and medical/parenting bags are generally allowed. Backpacks, coolers, laptops, and outside food or beverages are prohibited. Please see the Clippers or Intuit Dome website for the full policy.

Does a suite ticket give access to other areas?

Yes. Depending on your suite type, you’ll also have access to select premium lounges and club spaces within Intuit Dome.

When can I enter my suite?

Suites usually open about 90 minutes before game time. Access is granted through VIP entrances listed on your confirmation.

Can I order food and beverages during the game?
